Edmund is a Senior Leadership Trainer for a global digital experience company listed on NYSE and focuses on competencies development for its internal regional managers and senior executive leadership team. He is also a Dale Carnegie Master Trainer and delivers Dale Carnegie training and coaching in the areas of people skills, effective communications, high-impact presentations and leadership in English and Mandarin for Dale Carnegie Singapore. Edmund is recognised as a faculty trainer/facilitator for Bhutan's Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies (RIGSS) communications programme and has trained Members of Parliament and high-potential government officials. Edmund also advises senior executives in leadership development, mentorship and coaching.
